It is estimated that Charleston is 95 miles or 153 km away from Myrtle Beach, which is not a long drive at all. There are many traveling options that you can take from Charleston to Myrtle beach. 

Airplane: 

You can travel to Myrtle beach by flights offered from American Airlines, United, and Delta Airlines Lines. However, none of them are nonstop. There will be at least one layover and the flying time ranges from three to eight hours. While this amount of waiting time for a 95-mile distance might not be worth it. If you are a visitor and don’t want to rent a car, this can still be a good choice.   

Car: 

Since Charleston is only 95 miles from Myrtle beach, driving is definitely the best choice. It only takes around two hours and 15 minutes, and you have a chance to enjoy nature along the road.

Bus: 

In case you don’t have a private car, you can travel by bus. Cheap, safe, and fun! If you take the Greyhound Bus Line, the fare is around $22 for a one-way ticket. However, it will take up to nine hours, and there is only one bus route between the two cities daily, which begins at 12 p.m. and ends at 9 p.m. There will be a transfer in Columbia, South Caroline and four stops. You can also visit Broadway – a giant shopping and entertainment complex owned by Burroughs & Chapin, Inc. There are more than twenty restaurants, a hundred specialty stores, and three theaters. You can explore worthy places like Ripley Aquarium, Carmike Cinemas Broadway 17, the Palace Theater, WonderWorks, the Nostalgia Park in the Pavilion.
